This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Mind Your Business LLC, having its registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste H, Albuquerque, NM 87110 ("Service Provider"), and the client ("Client").
The Service Provider agrees to provide business administration, advisory, and consulting services as agreed upon in writing with the Client.
Fees shall be agreed upon prior to commencement of services. Invoices are payable according to the terms specified therein.
The Service Provider does not guarantee specific business results, financial outcomes, or regulatory approvals.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public business information.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice, subject to payment for services rendered.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
